➡️ HOW LONG CAN THE AIR PLANT SURVIVE IN THE GIFT BOX?
An air plant can typically survive in the gift box for up to 2 weeks. For best results, unpack and rehydrate the plant as soon as possible after shipping. (Please follow the air plant care guide enclosed in the gift box). During Fall/Winter - Please purchase a heat pack to ensure your plant arrives safely and unfrozen.

➡️ CAN I PLACE AN ORDER NOW AND HAVE YOU HOLD IT TO SHIP AT A LATER DATE?
Yes! You can place your order now and we can change the ship date so the gift arrives closer to the recipient's special day. Once I change the ship date, we will email you the updated date. You can notify us the new date via email or include a note at checkout.

➡️ CAN YOU SHIP THIS GIFT DIRECTLY TO MY RECIPIENT?
Yes! Just leave your recipient's name and address in the shipping fields at checkout.

➡️ CAN YOU INCLUDE A SPECIAL NOTE.
Definitely! At checkout mark your purchase as a gift and write your special note at the designated area. We will ship it out with your order.

➡️ MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED/LOST/SAYS DELIVERED BUT WE CANT FIND IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You'll be provided with the tracking number when your order ships and we've handed your order over to UPS or USPS. Your first step is contacting UPS/USPS with the tracking number. Let them know your problem and ask for assistance. If they cannot help you locate your package, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you and even remake/reship the item if needed! ➡️ WHAT HAPPENS IF I ACCIDENTALLY PROVIDED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Please try to ensure that the address for your recipient is correct. If the wrong address is provided, the gift will be returned to sender (us.) You will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label to reship the gift. We're always happy to reship it for you- just reach out to us if you see a return to sender processed on your tracking!

➡️ HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
1 business day. We do our very best to get your loved ones their gifts as soon as possible!

➡️ WILL MY GIFT HAVE A RECEIPT OR INVOICE INSIDE WITH THE PRICE OF ITEMS?
No. We treat every purchase as a gift. We never include receipts or invoices, even if "this is a gift" isn't marked at checkout. That's why it's extra important to include your name on your greeting card message :)
